Reservations made at separate times for either experience will not qualify for the combo package. - Booking window: Both tour experiences must be scheduled within a maximum period of 3 calendar days from one another. Any bookings made outside this specified window will render the combo package invalid. - A private car booking is required if you are travelling with children under the age of five years. - If you do not book a private vehicle, the dinner table will be shared with other guests in your shared vehicle, allowing for more opportunity to connect with like-minded travellers. - Bookings need to be made at least 12 hours in advance. - Pick-up from the hotel is included in the booking and will be in an air-conditioned vehicle. - Please ensure to wear closed-toe shoes throughout the experience. - Bookings need to be made at least four hours in advance when booking online. - Children between the age of 5-11 years will be charged at a child’s rate. - We can cater to any dietary requirements or allergies with advance information. - Bathroom facilities are available at the camp. - The nature drive is not recommended for guests who are more than six months pregnant. - Our vehicles can only accommodate up to five guests, ensuring a comfortable, exclusive experience.

Cancellations or amendments for non-group bookings: (A non-group booking is equal to or less than 4 guests in a single booking) - Cancellations made at least 72 hours before tour departure: not eligible for full refund. Cancellations or amendments for group bookings : (A group booking is greater than 4 guests in a single booking) - Cancellations made less than 14 days before tour departure: not eligible for refund - If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it before its completion, no refund can be made.
